Every class starts with breath to focus your mind and prime your body. Then, our expert coaches guide you through carefully selected low-impact movements that will help optimize the rest of the workout. It's here that you set intentions and get your head in the game.

Next we get the heart-pumping with music that matches your every move. We'll guide you through simple and effective strength & conditioning exercises. Each station has its own weights, allowing you to adjust the intensity to suit your pace. Push yourself when you're ready and take a break when you need it.
R3STORE
To bring back to or put back into a former or original state
Breathe. The toughest part of the workout is over & its time cool down. We bring your heart rate down with guided yoga & then kick-start your muscular recovery with percussion massage therapy. Finally, we end with mindful breathing exercises to reset & restore.
