Our signature hybrid training style is a blend of multiple types of fitness into one, customizable experience. In just 50 minutes you'll train breath, mobility, strength, conditioning and recovery. Each class is built to deliver a challenging yet rewarding workout, tailored to you, that will leave you feeling strong and empowered.

REVIVE
Let’s go! We start with breath to focus your mind and prime your body. Then, our coaches will guide you through carefully selected low-impact movements that will help optimize the rest of the workout.
RESIST
Here’s where your heart rate increases, your blood is pumping, and the music is synced to your every movement. We’ll guide you through a mix of strength and conditioning for a workout that’s simple and effective. Since each station has its own set of weights, you can truly take the class at your pace–push when you want to and dial back when your body needs a break. As Fleetwood Mac put it, you can go your own way.
RESTORE
Breathe. You just finished the toughest part of the workout, now it’s time for your body to cool down. We’re going to bring your heart rate down with some yoga, start your recovery before you leave with percussion therapy and finally, end the workout the same way we started–with a mindful breathing practice.
