Frequently Asked Questions

What is a

Training Season?

Our programming will be set for a period of time (training seasons) in order to allow for adaptations and progressions within the seasons training goals.. Seasons, on average, will be six weeks long but that will vary slightly depending on the type of training and time of year.

I still haven’t come in for my first workout. May I still try it for free?

Absolutely! If you still haven’t been able to make it in we’d be glad to have you check it out. Please text 714-333-1151 or email info@projectr3sin.com and we'll gladly coordinate either an intro workout or a tour/consultation.

Why are the muscle group splits only M-Th and different from week to week?

The Project R3SIN training days of Legs, (Upper Body) Pull and Push are set M-Th since those are the days most often attended on a weekly basis. Muscle group focused training is most valuable when done in a weekly rhythm. Training Full Body on Friday/Saturday allows for variety in training as well as offering those attending less frequently to still have balanced training.

Rotating three training days over four days a week also ensures you get a full training program. Let’s say your schedule is M/W; if we did the same training days every week you would not receive a full program. With our rotation, attending in M/W or T/Th type rhythms will allow for a strong rotation of your training program.

We understand that you may want to train other places / in other ways.

We hope you’ll plan accordingly and we’d be glad to help!

Let’s say you also want to do yoga, spin, or a HIIT workout, we’ll work with you to build out your training plan, inclusive of those other modalities and (if you’d like) we can even add them in to your training plan in the app so that you have everything in one place.

Schedule a consultation to create your plan.

Do you have an app?

YES!

We have both Apple and Android apps available. There you can manage your schedule, view your training plan and log your workouts to track your progress!

What options do you offer for personalizing my training plan?

We encourage you to schedule a 1:1 consultation in order to discuss your specific goals and schedule in order to level set expectations and create a plan for you to follow. You may schedule immediately before or after your next workout or set it for another time, in person on via a call.. Just reach out directly to schedule.

Where is PROJECT R3SIN located?

PROJECT R3SIN is located at:

3821 S Bristol Street in Santa Ana, just across the street from South Coast Plaza. Our studio is tucked behind Buffalo Wild Wings at the end of the building and has plenty of parking.

What if I’m not available the entire training season?

No problem!.

Our hope is that you’ll be able to commit to a rhythm for your train schedule as that’s the best way to build your habits and reach your goals. But we also understand that life happens and, at times, you may need flexibility. That's why we create each training plan uniquely for you and we don't charge any late fees or schedule changes.

Count up the total days you want to workout and send them in your request for your training plan. We also encourage you to schedule a 1:1 with one of our coaches.

And remember: To offer you the flexibility your life/schedule need, you have unlimited schedule changes within a training season. But remember to reschedule asap and don't let them build up. Your workouts don't rollover once the season ends.
