PERSONAL SPACE

For the entire 50 minutes, one station is all yours.  Dial in your adjustable weights, make the airbike seat just right and set the cable weight to your liking.  No chaotic switching or someone else's sweat to contend with.  Settle in, say hey to your neighbor and let's get to work!

NUANCED TO THE NINES

Our attention to detail has attention to detail!  Everything you lift, pull, or ride has been carefully selected for a darn good reason.  The music is scored to actual movements and lights change to reflect the mood of each block.

A BREATH OF FRESH AIRBIKE

For cardio, airbikes are best practice.  There's pushing, pulling, peddling and it's the most user-friendly way to get that heartrate up and working towards cardiovascular supremacy.

LET'S TALK RECOVERY

We end each class on a super comfy mat.  We do yoga, self-reflection and fire up that personal massage gun.  It's the foundation for that temple you call a body.
